Andrés Mogro is regional manager of the Climate Action Programme in Fundación AVINA. He has over ten years of experience in national and international climate policy, has served in national governments and international cooperation agencies, and holds master’s degree in international relations with a specialization in non-governmental organization governance and resilient agriculture.
