Ana Julia Rosales is a planning director at the Cimientos Foundation. Her main professional experience comes from the fields of formal and informal education, particularly comprehensive training for adolescents in vulnerable situations. At Cimientos, she designs and implements training projects for professionals and educators to support students’ school trajectories and develop adolescents’ socioemotional abilities, as well as coordinates networks of civil society organizations and interdisciplinary teams to manage socio-educational projects.

She is an undergraduate professor at the Universidad de Buenos Aires, the Universidad René Favaloro, and the Instituto Nacional de Formación Docente in Argentina, and serves as a regional consultant on educational psychology issues.

Rosales has a degree in psychology from the Universidad de Buenos Aires with specialization in social and community health from the UCES-MSAL. She also has a master’s in social sciences focused on education from the Argentine Facultad Latinoamericana de Ciencias Sociales (FLASCO Argentina).
