Marta Costanzo Youth joined the Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM) as deputy assistant secretary in November 2020. Marta assumed the role of principal deputy assistant secretary in April 2022 and has responsibility for overseeing the Office of the Executive Director, the Office of International Migration, and the Office of Assistance for Western Hemisphere.
