Beltran is the advisory group chair of the Evaluation and Learning Initiative of the Climate Investment Funds, a member of the board of Por México foundation, and a member of the technical advisory group of World Bank’s Energy Sector Management Assistance Program (ESMAP). Beltran is currently consulting with the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank and is a senior advisor to ICM (a philanthropic organization focused on climate mitigation efforts).
