On October 9, the Inter-American Dialogue will host a timely discussion on Colombia’s path to 2026. The country faces overlapping crises ahead of the elections, as public confidence erodes and U.S.–Colombia relations reach their lowest point in decades. Yet the elections also present an opportunity to restore trust in democratic governance, strengthen partnerships, and confront the multiple security challenges ahead.
