Member in the News: Roberta Jacobson

Former United States Ambassador to Mexico Roberta Jacobson was recently appointed to the Board of Directors for Liberty Latin America, a leading communications company in Latin America and the Caribbean. Jacobson brings over 30 years of experience in United States and Latin American relations to this role, including as a former assistant secretary of state for Western Hemisphere affairs and a former member of the National Security Council. 

Mike Fries, the Executive Chairman of Liberty Latin America, said, “We are delighted to welcome Roberta as a new Board Director to Liberty Latin America. Roberta’s distinguished career as a civil servant and diplomat, combined with her extensive experience in Latin America and stellar reputation as a leader and collaborator, will be a tremendous addition to our Board.
