Member in the News: José Ángel Gurría

In March 2023, José Ángel Gurría, Inter-American Dialogue member and former secretary-general of the OECD, has assumed responsibilities as president of the Paris Peace Forum. Gurría has a decorated career as a public servant dedicated to international dialogue and collaboration. He has also served as the Mexican minister of foreign affairs and of finance and public credit. 

Unanimously elected in June of 2022, Gurría will be charged with promoting multilateralism, international cooperation, and dialogue as president of the Paris Peace Forum.
