    Do School Vouchers Promote Social Justice?

    The D.C. Opportunity Scholarship Program is an initiative based on school vouchers targeted to the disadvantaged students in the capital of the US. It consists in the vouchers allocation by lottery worth $7,500 annually to students whose families earn close or below the federal poverty line income. The students can use these vouchers in any of the sixty participating private schools in the District of Columbia.
