For over four decades, the Dialogue has convened global leaders and provided a forum for the generation of innovative policy ideas and practical proposals for action. Based in Washington, DC, we conduct our work throughout the Americas in partnership with leading institutions from around the world.
The Western Hemisphere faces many shared challenges that call for a fresh mindset, creativity, and firm resolve. The Dialogue has identified five issue areas most critical to the collective interests throughout the region: promoting equitable relations between Asian and Latin America; enhancing education and skills development; advancing a just energy transition and climate action; fostering equitable development for migrant communities; and promoting democracy, human rights, and rule of law.
